Originating pharmacy definition
Originating pharmacy means a pharmacy that receives a pre- scription from a patient, the patient's agent, or a prescriber, out- sources prescription filling or processing functions to another phar- macy, and ultimately dispenses the prescription drug or device to the patient or the patient's agent. This does not include pharmacies en- gaged in shared pharmacy services in accordance with RCW 18.64.570.
