Original Security Documents definition

Original Security Documents shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.

Original Security Documents means the security documents listed in Schedule 9 (Original Security Documents).

Examples of Original Security Documents in a sentence

• All of the terms and provisions of the Original Security Documents are hereby confirmed and ratified in all respects, except as specifically modified herein.

• All other Original Security Documents shall continue to secure the Obligations as herein defined, and shall be in full force and effect.

• To the extent that any security interest or pledge granted pursuant to the Original Security Documents relates to collateral in which the Grantors have previously granted a security interest to the Collateral Agent, this IP Security Agreement shall, except as specifically provided herein, including, without limitation, in the last paragraph of Section 1, confirm the validity, effectiveness, enforceability and continuation of such security interest or pledge as against the Grantors.

• If the processing involves other materials, BASF shall acquire joint title to the newly produced product in the proportion to the value of the purchase price paid for the Goods.

More Definitions of Original Security Documents

Original Security Documents means the Security Documents delivered pursuant to the Original Credit Agreement.

Original Security Documents means , collectively, the Original Security Agreement and all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements or comparable instruments required by the Original Security Agreement to be filed with respect to the security interests in personal property and fixtures created pursuant to the Original Security Agreement and in each case all amendments, modifications and supplements thereto.

Original Security Documents means the Original Mortgage, the Original Deed of Assignment and the Original Managers’ Undertakings.
