Original Party definition

Original Party means a governmental unit which elects to become one of the original parties to this Agreement.

Original Party means a Party that is a Party pursuant to the Framework Agreement.

Original Party means the Government of the United States or the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia, “Original Parties” means, collectively, the Government of the United States and the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia.

• Except for such rights granted as expressly provided herein or as necessary to implement the respective rights and obligations of each party under this Agreement, this Agreement does not grant to the other party (which is not the Original Party) any rights to, or in, patents, copyrights, database rights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) or any other rights or licenses with respect to the Products including the Hardware, Services and the Software.

Original Party means each of XXXX, RTC, BSC, Scimed, Nebraska and Kansas and “Original Parties” shall mean all of those Parties, collectively. For the avoidance of doubt, Affiliates, permitted successors and permitted assigns of the Original Parties to this Agreement are not, and shall not be deemed to be, Original Parties.

Original Party or “Original Parties” means Bloodvein River First Nation, Little Grand Rapids First Nation, Pauingassi First Nation, Poplar River First Nation, the First Nations Project Coordinator, the Minister, and the Project Manager.
