Original Party definition

Original Party means a governmental unit which elects to become one of the original parties to this Agreement.
Original Party means the Government of the United States or the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia, “Original Parties” means, collectively, the Government of the United States and the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia.
Original Party means a Party that is a Party pursuant to the Framework Agreement.

  • Each Original Party Subsidiary owns and operates one Ship (as defined below) and is a wholly-owned (direct or indirect) Subsidiary of Costamare Bulkers Holdings Limited, a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands corporation (the “Parent”).
