Original Noteholder means the person shown in the records of Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg as the beneficial holder of 100 per cent. of the outstanding Notes as at the close of business on the Issue Date of the Notes. TheCalculation Agent shall obtain confirmation of the identity of such beneficial holder on the Issue Date of the Notes and the person identified to the Calculation Agent as such beneficial holder pursuant to any such confirmation shall be treated as the Original Noteholder for the purposes hereof.
