Original Maturity Date definition

Original Maturity Date means the date on which the bond reaches the end of the term for which it was initially offered and, unless further extended, ceases to earn interest.
Original Maturity Date means, for each Bond designated as EMCP, the date that is from 1 to 180 days from the original issue date, specified as such in the confirmation sent to the Holder of the EMCP.
