Original Benchmark Rate definition

Original Benchmark Rate on any day means (subject to § 3(4)) the [1 / 3 / 6 / 12]-month Euro Interbank Offered Rate (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) fixed at, and appearing on the Screen Page as of, 11:00 a.m. (Brussels time) on such day.
Original Benchmark Rate on any day means the [insert applicable number of months]-month Euro Interbank Offered Rate (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) appearing on the Screen Page as of 11.00 a.m. (Brussels time) on the Interest Determination Date.

Examples of Original Benchmark Rate in a sentence

  • In this case, any reference in this § 3 (5) to the term Original Benchmark Rate shall be deemed to be a reference to the Successor Rate or Alternative Rate, as applicable, that last applied.

  • Without prejudice to the obligations of the Issuer under § 3 (5)(a), (b), (c) and (d), the Original Benchmark Rate and the fallback provisions provided for in the definition of the term "Reset Reference Bank Rate" in § 3 (1) will continue to apply unless and until a Benchmark Event has occurred.

Original Benchmark Rate means the mid swap rate for swap transactions in the Specified Currency with a term of[insert relevant term] years as displayed on the Reset Screen Page (as defined below).
