ORF means the OTC Reporting Facility.

ORF means either a Work Order or a Scope of Work, or such other form of an ordering document specifying the Services to be provided that is entered into between the Provider and Customer. “ORF” 系指工作订单或工作范围，或提供商与客户之间签订的规定所提供服务的此类或其他形式的订购文件。

• This GTC, together with the applicable Agreements or ORF represents the entire agreement between the Parties regarding use of Services relating to the subject matter of the Agreements or ORF.
