Ordinary Resolution(s). ’ means the proposed ordinary resolution(s) as referred to in
Ordinary Resolution(s). ’ means the proposed ordinary resolution(s) in respect of the
Ordinary Resolution(s) has the meaning given that term in Clause Fourteenth.
