Ordinary Dividend Amount. For the first cash dividend on the Shares for which the ex dividend date occurs during any regular quarterly dividend period of Counterparty, USD0.50 (subject to adjustment as contemplated by Section 11.2(c) of the Equity Definitions); for any other cash dividend on the Shares for which the ex dividend date occurs during the same regular quarterly dividend period, USD0.00.

Ordinary Dividend Amount means an amount equal to ninety percent (90%) of the Net Profit as reflected on the Target's audited financial statements for the ten month period ended December 31, 2001.
