The Ordering Party undertakes to order no fewer than 20 Charging Stations under this Agreement.
If the Contractor terminates the Agreement for reasons attributable to the Ordering Party, the Contractor shall be entitled to a contractual penalty in the amount of 5% of the value of the Charging Stations that were ordered but not delivered.
The Ordering Party agrees to cooperate with the Contractor to the extent necessary to ensure performance of the Agreement in accordance with its provisions.
If this deadline is exceeded, the Ordering Party shall have the right to impose a contractual penalty as specified in §7(1)(4).
