Ordering Party definition

Ordering Party s Representative” shall mean a person named as such in the Contract. For the purpose hereof, the aforementioned shall also apply when the Contract provides for a distinction between the Ordering Party’s Representatives and other functions, such as a coordinator of the Contract, coordinator of works, project manager.
