Ordered Goods definition

Ordered Goods means a Catalogue Entry for Goods selected by the CUSTOMER and included in Schedule 2-2 of this Contract pursuant to an Order.
Ordered Goods means the goods as specified in paragraph 2.1 of the Order Form;
Ordered Goods means the Goods specified by the Customer in a Purchase Order that has been accepted by the Company.

  • Subject always to the provisions of paragraph 3 of this Schedule, title and risk in those Ordered Goods shall be as specified in this paragraph 2 of this Schedule.

  • However, Dispatch Clearance Certificate is issued without prejudice to the Purchaser’s right to accept/reject the Ordered Goods after it's arrival at site/destination, if not found in accordance with the Purchase Order during the installation and testing at site and during the performance guarantee period.

More Definitions of Ordered Goods

Ordered Goods any Goods selected by the Customer and included in Schedule 1 of this Contract pursuant to an Order or the other provisions of this Contract;

Ordered Goods means the specific Goods and any associated service specified by the Catalogue Entry selected by a Customer and included in Schedule 2-2 of a Contract following the placing of an Order. PAD means Packet Assembler/Disassembler, providing terminal connectivity to an X.25 (packet-switching) network or host computer.
