Ordered Goods definition

Ordered Goods means a Catalogue Entry for Goods selected by the CUSTOMER and included in Schedule 2-2 of this Contract pursuant to an Order.

Ordered Goods means the goods as specified in paragraph 2.1 of the Order Form;

Ordered Goods means the Goods specified by the Customer in a Purchase Order that has been accepted by the Company.

Examples of Ordered Goods in a sentence

• Subject always to the provisions of paragraph 3 of this Schedule, title and risk in those Ordered Goods shall be as specified in this paragraph 2 of this Schedule.

• However, Dispatch Clearance Certificate is issued without prejudice to the Purchaser’s right to accept/reject the Ordered Goods after it's arrival at site/destination, if not found in accordance with the Purchase Order during the installation and testing at site and during the performance guarantee period.

• The CUSTOMER shall be under no obligation to accept or pay for any Ordered Goods delivered until the date of delivery specified in the Order.

• The point of delivery of the Ordered Goods shall be when an authorised agent of the CUSTOMER gives written acknowledgement that the Ordered Goods have been removed from the transporting vehicle and deposited at the CUSTOMER’s delivery address as specified in the Order.

• The CONTRACTOR shall ensure and procure that it obtains equivalent rights of inspection and removal where any Ordered Goods owned by the CUSTOMER are kept at third party (including any Sub-Contractor) premises and that such Ordered Goods are kept separately from all other goods of that third party (including any Sub-Contractor) and in such a way that they remain readily identifiable as the CUSTOMER’s property.

More Definitions of Ordered Goods

Ordered Goods any Goods selected by the Customer and included in Schedule 1 of this Contract pursuant to an Order or the other provisions of this Contract;

Ordered Goods means a Catalogue Entry for Goods selected by the Customer and included in Schedule 2-2 of the Contract pursuant to an Order. Ordered IT Solutions means a Catalogue Entry for IT Solutions selected by the Customer and included in Schedule 2-2 of the Contract pursuant to an Order.

Ordered Goods means the Goods or Services ordered by You as set out in the relevant Purchase Order; PPSA means the Personal Property Securities Xxx 0000 (Cth);

Ordered Goods means the goods as specified in paragraph 2.1 of the Order Form; Parent Company means in relation to the Supplier any company which is the ultimate Holding Company of the Supplier and which is either responsible directly or indirectly for the business activities of the Supplier. The term "Parent Company" shall have the meaning ascribed by the Companies Act 2006 or any statutory re-enactment or amendment thereto;

Ordered Goods means the specific Goods and any associated service specified by the Catalogue Entry selected by a Customer and included in Schedule 2-2 of a Contract following the placing of an Order. PAD means Packet Assembler/Disassembler, providing terminal connectivity to an X.25 (packet-switching) network or host computer.

Ordered Goods means a Catalogue Entry for Goods selected by athe CUSTOMER and included in Schedule 2-2 of this Contract pursuant to an Order. For the avoidance of doubt, Badges do not constitute Ordered Goods.
