On or prior to any Optional Repayment Date, the Company shall deposit with such Trustee an amount of money sufficient to pay the optional repayment price, and accrued interest thereon to such date, of all the Book-Entry Notes or portions thereof which are to be repaid on such date.
If no Optional Repayment Date is indicated with respect to a Note, such Note will not be repayable at the option of the Holder prior to its Stated Maturity Date.
