Option Terms definition

Option Terms means the Exercise Prices, the maximum number of Shares that the Executive may purchase pursuant to the terms of the Option, and the other terms and conditions of the Option.
Option Terms. Lessee is hereby granted the right and option to extend this Lease for the additional term or terms as provided in Section 1.03c (herein "Option Term" or "Option Terms") commencing at the expiration of the Initial Term at a mutually agreeable increase. Such option is granted upon the following terms and conditions:

Option Terms. The Lessee is granted the option to extend this Lease for two (2) consecutive fifteen-year (15) terms. The Option Term(s) must be exercised in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.2 of this Lease.
Option Terms means all of the foregoing. The Option Term for each Program shall terminate in any event upon the date on which the relevant Option or BD Option is exercised for such Program.
