Option Termination Date definition

Option Termination Date has the meaning specified in Schedule I hereto.

Option Termination Date means the date occurring seven (7) years after the Date of Option Grant.

Option Termination Date means the date of expiration of the term of such Option as set forth in the written option agreement.

Examples of Option Termination Date in a sentence

• All of Executive’s Remaining Stock Options that were vested and exercisable at the Termination Date shall remain exercisable until the Stock Option Termination Date.

• This Option shall be wholly void and of no effect after the Option Termination Date.

More Definitions of Option Termination Date

Option Termination Date means the earlier of (a) the date that is fifteen (15) calendar days after Technical Failure or (b) such earlier date on which this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 7.1.

Option Termination Date means the earliest of (i) the Effective Time (as defined in the Merger Agreement), (ii) the date of termination of the Merger Agreement if CIBER is not entitled to receive a Termination Fee in connection with such termination, or (iii) upon payment of the Termination Fee if CIBER is entitled to such fee in connection with the Termination of the Merger Agreement.
