Option Form definition

Option Form means the duration of the Option granted to the Optionee.
Option Form means a form to be completed by Members and delivered to the Pension Scheme, to be in a form agreed by TXUEG and the Buyer, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, and including words substantially in the form set out in Appendix A;
Option Form. (選擇表格) means a form referred to in section 3A of Schedule 2;

Examples of Option Form in a sentence

  • Within ten (10) days following this meeting each employee shall complete the Evaluation Option Form and return it to his/her evaluator.

  • After the initial election, any future changes must be made in writing (via the Salary Payment Option Form) no later than 10 calendar days prior to the first duty day of the new school year.

  • Employees intending to develop a professional growth plan shall note such intention on the Evaluation Option Form.

  • At this meeting each employee shall be informed of his/her observer, evaluator, evaluation options and probable schedule of observations and evaluations, and given a copy of the Evaluation Option Form, a copy of which is attached to and made a part of this Agreement as Appendix K.

  • Employees intending to develop a PGO shall note such intention on the Evaluation Option Form (Appendix K).


More Definitions of Option Form

Option Form means the form that will be mailed to each Settlement Class Member providing options for participating in the Settlement as described in Section 3.2(e). The Option Form must be materially identical to the Form attached as Exhibit E.
Option Form means an option form containing a discharge (other than in respect of any legal right that the Transferring Member may successfully establish against the trustees of PowerGen's Scheme to receive additional pension benefits from PowerGen's Scheme as a direct result of the breach (if successfully established) by PowerGen of its obligations under clause 13 of PowerGen's Scheme and ineffective (if successfully established) arrangements made under clause 14 of PowerGen's Scheme following the actuarial valuations as at 31 March 1992 and 31 March 1995 of PowerGen's Scheme) in favour of PowerGen's Scheme in a form approved by PowerGen;
Option Form means the form to be sent by each Reorganization Creditor to the COMPANIES UNDER REORGANIZATION, with a copy sent to the Judicial Administrator, pursuant to the provisions of Clause 4.5 of this Plan, of form and content to be disclosed by the COMPANIES UNDER REORGANIZATION within up to 15 (fifteen) days prior to the date of the General Assembly of Creditors convened to deliberate on this Plan.
Option Form means a form to be completed by Members and delivered to the C&W Scheme, being in all material respects in the form set out in appendix A. The date by which the form must be completed and returned must be not earlier than one month and not later than three months after the date of issue of the forms to the Members.

"Purchaser's Scheme" means the retirement benefits scheme or schemes referred to in paragraph 3 and, where the context requires, includes the trustees thereof. "Rules" means the trust deeds and rules and other documents governing the Vendor's Pension Scheme as set out in the list included or referred to in the Disclosure Letter. "Section 9 (2B) Rights" has the same meaning as in the Occupational Pension Schemes (Contracting-out) Regulations 1996.
