Option Expiry Date definition

Option Expiry Date in relation to an Option, means the date on which an Option lapses and ceases to be exercisable, being the tenth anniversary of the Award Date, or such other date as may be specified under these Rules;

Option Expiry Date means  [five years after first Subdivision of the Lakes District Lands];

Examples of Option Expiry Date in a sentence

• The Purchaser may exercise the Option at any time until 5:00 pm on the Option Expiry Date by delivering to the Vendor a written notice of the exercise of the Option.

• Switch Option Expiry Date and Switch Option Effective Date shall mean any date specified as such in the applicable Final Terms provided that any date specified in the applicable Final Terms as a Switch Option Effective Date shall be deemed as such subject to the exercise of the relevant Switch Option having been notified by the Issuer pursuant to this Condition 4.5 and in accordance with Condition 13 (Notices) prior to the relevant Switch Option Expiry Date.

• Option Expiry Date the Company undertakes not to enforce its rights under Clause 8.2 of the LuxCo1 Shareholders’ Agreement to cause LuxCo1 (or any Subsidiary thereof) to conduct an IPO, unless it has first received the written consent of the Bison Parties and, further, shall, following the Call Option Expiry Date, only exercise such rights having first given 60 Business Days’ written notice to the Bison Parties.

• If the Purchaser Call Option has not been exercised or deemed to have been exercised prior to the Purchaser Call Option Expiry Date, the Purchaser Call Option shall expire and terminate effective as of the Purchaser Call Option Expiry Date and thereafter shall be of no further force or effect.

• Where a Forward Rate Option has been selected, the Interest Rate applicable to the Loan will be determined by us on the date of this Agreement and will remain available to you provided you drawdown the Loan by no later than the Forward Rate Option Expiry Date.

More Definitions of Option Expiry Date

Option Expiry Date has the meaning ascribed thereto above;

Option Expiry Date means the expiry date of an Option, as determined by the Committee in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Plan and subject to the time limits and any blackout or similar periods, as provided in Section 4.1(g);

Option Expiry Date means each day which is or will be the expiry date of an Option falling on the Third Friday of each month or if that Friday is not a business day, the alternative day designated by the Options Exchange.

Option Expiry Date has the meaning given to it in the fifth paragraph of this Agreement;

Option Expiry Date means the last day of the term of the Agreement;

Option Expiry Date means the earliest of: (i) 5 days after Securities are taken up under, or the effective date of, an Acquisition Proposal (as defined in the Offer Agreement), (ii) the day the Offer (as defined in the Offer Agreement) expires and the conditions thereto have not been waived or satisfied or the day the Offer is withdrawn and (iii) 255 days after the date of this Agreement.

Option Expiry Date means, with respect to Options purchased or sold on an Option Trading Date, approximately three months subsequent to such Option Trading Date, each expiring on or around the immediately following Option Trading Date.
