Operator’s Manual definition

Operator’s Manual means the Amended Domiciliary Hostel Standards Operator’s Manual, prepared by the County and containing policies and requirements of the County for the operation of Lodging Homes and the services to be provided to Subsidized Residents under this Agreement. The Operator’s Manual is attached hereto as Schedule “A”.

More Definitions of Operator’s Manual

Operator’s Manual means the instructional manual and sheets for the proper operation and maintenance of the SNPstream Instrument provided by Orchid with each SNPstream Instrument as may be amended or supplemented by Orchid from time to time.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • Local Service Ordering Guide or "LSOG" is a document developed by the OBF to establish industry-wide ordering and Billing processes for ordering local services.

  • Project Operational Manual means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (b) of this Agreement and referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, outlining policies, procurement and implementation procedures and monitoring guidelines for the Project;

  • Operating Procedures means the standard internal operating procedures and compliance policies established by the Company to implement the Compliance Plan.
