Operator Group definition

Operator Group means and includes the Operator aforenamed and its directors, members, partners (general and limited), officers, agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors (of any tier), other representatives, and insurers, and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, successors and assigns and their directors, members, partners (general and limited), officers, agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors, other representatives, and insurers, and each of them.

Operator Group has the meaning set forth in Section 19(b).

Operator Group means Operator, its affiliate companies, Operator’s joint owners, partners, contractors and subcontractors, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees and insurers.

Examples of Operator Group in a sentence

• Operator Group means the Operator and its Affiliates and “member of the Operator Group” shall be construed accordingly.

• For the purposes of this Clause 17 (Indemnities), the words “Third Party” shall mean any party which is not a member of CWC or the SAMO Operator Group.
