Operative definition

Operative has the meaning ascribed thereto in subsection 27.26.
Operative means an employee or agent of or other person for the time being engaged by the Contractor or any sub-contractor of the Contractor deployed in connection with the provision of the Services;
Operative means conforming in all material respects to performance levels and functional specifications described in the Documentation, specifications and any other Documentation delivered in connection with the Software.

Operative means any person employed or engaged by the Supplier in its provision of Services and/or Works;
