Operational records means any documents support- ing the total distance travelled in each Canadian prov- ince and American state and the total number of kilometres travelled, in particular fuel reports, trip re- ports and the drivers’ daily logs as well as documents concerning the trip, such as gas receipts, bills of lading and delivery slips.
