Operating Sub definition

Operating Sub shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.

  • Except as otherwise set forth in any documents filed by the Company or the Principal Operating Sub with the SEC and publicly available prior to December 31, 1999, none of the Company or any of its subsidiaries has received, since January 1, 1997, a notice or other written communication alleging or identifying a possible material violation of any statute, law, ordinance, rule, regulation, judgment, order or decree of any Governmental Entity applicable to its businesses or operations.
