Operating Expense Amount definition

Operating Expense Amount means an amount equal to (x) plus (y), where:
Operating Expense Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum (without duplication) of (a) the aggregate amount of Carrying Charges on such Payment Date (excluding any Carrying Charges payable to the Noteholders, the Administrative Agent or the Funding Agents) and (b) the aggregate amount of FleetCo Carrying Charges, if any, payable by the Issuer on such Payment Date (excluding any Carrying Charges payable to the Noteholders).
Operating Expense Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e).

Examples of Operating Expense Amount in a sentence

  • Landlord shall deliver to Tenant as soon as practical after the close of each Calendar Year (including the Calendar Year in which this Lease terminates) a statement showing the amount of the Operating Expenses for such Calendar Year and the Operating Expense Amount.

  • Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent, its Proportionate Share as set forth in Section 1(a)(5) of any increase in the Basic Operating Expenses incurred by Landlord in the operation of the Building during any calendar year over the Base Operating Expense Amount specified in Section 1(a)(13).

  • If the Estimated Operating Expense Payments paid by Tenant during any Calendar Year exceed the Operating Expense Amount due from Tenant for such Calendar Year, such excess shall be credited against payments of Rent next due hereunder.

More Definitions of Operating Expense Amount

Operating Expense Amount means the amount of Operating Expenses (as defined below) for such calendar year divided by the greater of (i) ninety-five percent (95%) of the number of square feet of Rentable Floor Area of the Building, or (ii) the total number of square feet of Rentable Floor Area occupied in the Building for such calendar year on an average annualized basis; provided, however, if the amount is calculated under (i) above, the Operating Expenses actually incurred with respect to such calendar year shall be adjusted to reflect the amount of Operating Expenses which would have been incurred if the Building were ninety-five percent (95%) occupied throughout such calendar year. As used herein, the term "Base Operating Expenses" shall mean the Operating Expenses paid or incurred by Landlord in the Base Year (as hereinafter defined) as if the Building was ninety-five percent (95%) occupied throughout the Base Year, divided by ninety-five percent (95%) of the number of square feet of Rentable Floor Area of the Building. If the Building was not ninety-five percent (95%) occupied throughout the Base Year, then the Base Operating Expenses shall be an amount which fairly reflects what the Operating Expenses would have been in the Base Year had the Building been ninety-five percent (95%) occupied throughout the Base Year, as determined by Landlord in its reasonable opinion. As used herein, "Base Year" shall mean calendar year 2000 [the calendar year in which the Rental Commencement Date occurs, if no year is inserted].
Operating Expense Amount means the amount payable for operating expenses of Borrower and the Borrower Subsidiaries as set forth in an Approved Disbursement Notice for the period of time to which such Approved Disbursement Notice pertains.

As used herein, "Operating Expense Stop" shall be determined by calculating the Operating Expenses during the first twelve (12) months following the Rental Commencement Date for Suite 400.
