Operating Cash definition

Operating Cash. Flow: for any period for each Borrower, the net income of such Borrower for such period:
Operating Cash means, without duplication, (a) cash maintained in the cash registers in the Stores in the normal course of business and consistent with past practices, (b) minimum balances maintained in DDAs consistent with past practices, and (c) minimum balances maintained in Blocked Accounts consistent with past practices, provided that Operating Cash described in the foregoing clauses (b) and (c) shall not exceed $500,000 in the aggregate at any time.
Operating Cash means all teller working cash, ▇▇▇▇▇ cash, vault cash and any other cash of HRB Bank located at the Bank Office or in the ATM, as of the close of business on the Closing Date.

  • Prior to the Closing Date, subject to applicable Law, the Seller shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Company to distribute all Operating Cash (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Operating Cash that would be accounted for in lines 1000 or 1050 of the Recent Balance Sheet) to the Seller or another Debtor.

More Definitions of Operating Cash

Operating Cash means Parent’s operating cash and Cash Equivalents on hand for its business and operations.
Operating Cash means the minimum amount of cash required to be held at each Transferred Entity, as detailed on Schedule VII.
Operating Cash means with respect to the Borrower, at any time, an amount equal to (a) Cash plus equivalents (including, credit card receivables) minus (b) the sum of (i) any amount accrued to pay taxes and (ii) those portions of Current Liabilities that are overdue or otherwise aged beyond thirty (30) days.

PBGC shall mean the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and any Entity succeeding to any or all of its functions under ERISA. Permitted Liens shall mean (a) Liens for current taxes not yet due and payable, (b) such imperfections of title, easements, encumbrances and mortgages or other Liens, if any, as are not, individually or in the aggregate, substantial in character, amount or extent and do not materially detract from the value, or materially interfere with the present use, of the property subject thereto or affected thereby, or otherwise materially impair the conduct of the Gearon Business or the businesses of ATS and ATSI, as the case may be, and (c) such other Liens as are permitted by the provisions of this Agreement to be in place on the Closing Date. Person shall mean any natural individual or any Entity.
Operating Cash means cash held by the Company for daily operations, and excludes cash held for tax obligations and distributions, and cash held by the Company pursuant to any loan or other obligations that imposes restrictions on the use of such cash.
