OpCo Group definition
OpCo Group means OpCo, and each Person that is an Affiliate of OpCo immediately after the Distribution Date or that becomes an Affiliate of OpCo after the Distribution Date; provided, however, that no director, officer, employee, agent or other representative of any of the foregoing who is a natural person shall be deemed to be a member of the OpCo Group.
OpCo Group means Opco and its Subsidiaries.

Except upon the written advice of the Advisory Firm, all calculations and determinations made hereunder, including any Basis Adjustments, the Schedules and the determination of any Realized Tax Benefits or Realized Tax Detriments, shall be made in accordance with the elections, methodologies and positions taken by PubCo and applicable members of the OpCo Group on their respective Tax Returns.

OpCo Group means OpCo and any direct or indirect subsidiary in which OpCo owns a direct or indirect equity interest that is treated as a partnership or disregarded entity for U.S. federal income Tax purposes (but only to the extent such subsidiary is held directly or only through one or more entities that are treated as partnerships or disregarded entities) for purposes of the applicable Tax.
OpCo Group means U.S. Opco, Global Opco and their respective Subsidiaries (including, after the Closing, any Transferred Entities that are Subsidiaries of U.S. Opco and Global Opco).
