O&M Period definition

O&M Period means period of 5 years starting with the successful, installation and commissioning and FAT of the project components. The date of start of O&M shall start from the date of successful FAT of the equipment at all the site locations.

O&M Period means[, with respect to each Project Site,] the period commencing on the Services Commencement Date [of the applicable Project Site] and ending five years from the Services Commencement Date [for such Project Site].

O&M Period is the period commencing from the Commercial Operations Date and ending at the Transfer Date.
