O&M Manual means the operation and maintenance manual prepared and maintained by the Owner under condition 3.2 in Schedule E of this Approval.

Examples of O&M Manual in a sentence

  • Any changes in the practices and procedures followed by the permittee shall be documented in the O&M Manual within 90 days of the effective date of the changes.

  • The permittee shall operate the treatment works in accordance with the O&M Manual and shall make the O&M manual available to Department personnel for review during facility inspections.

  • An up-to-date copy of the O&M Manual shall be kept at the facility and shall be provided to the Department upon request.
