O&M Manual definition
O&M Manual means the operation and maintenance manual prepared and maintained by the Owner under condition 3.2 in Schedule E of this Approval.
O&M Manual means the manual on standard operating procedures on Operation & Maintenance to be submitted by the Concessionaire as per Clause 10.7.7
O&M Manual means the manual in respect of the operation and maintenance of the Project Facilities to be prepared by the Concessionaire in accordance with Schedule 4.

More Definitions of O&M Manual
O&M Manual means the operation and maintenance manual provided by the Supplier under the Supply Agreement or the Installation Contractor under the Installation Agreement for the Project.
O&M Manual means the manual of equipment manufacturers related to the operation and maintenance of equipment in the Facility.
O&M Manual means the operation and maintenance manual to be provided by Contractor to Company pursuant to Section 9.6.
O&M Manual means the operations and maintenance manual, a draft of which is set out in Attachment A, as updated from time to time in accordance with this Agreement and the procedures set out in the O&M Manual. For the avoidance of doubt, the said Attachment A and the O&M Manual shall be part of this Agreement.
O&M Manual means all equipment manuals, system descriptions, system operating instructions, equipment maintenance instructions and pertinent design documentation (including vendor and manufacturer manuals, as-built drawings and all final specifications) for the Plant provided by Owner, Operator, manufacturers, suppliers or vendors.
O&M Manual means the complete system instructions and procedures for the operation and maintenance of the WTG and the Infrastructure Facilities, including Contractor’s manufacturers’, vendors’, suppliers’ and Subcontractors’ recommended list of Spare Parts, all safety information and any precautionary measures therefore.
O&M Manual shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Article 3.5 (b) “O&M Expenses” means expenses incurred towards Operations and Maintenance of the Project Facilit y/ ies
