Old Notes definition

Old Notes shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.
Old Notes means, collectively, the 7.000% Senior Notes due 2020; 5.125% Notes due 2022; 6.00% Notes due 2023; 4.375% Notes due 2025; 5.250% Notes due 2029; 7.125% Notes due 2042; 7.500% Perpetual Notes, in each case issued by Odebrecht Finance Ltd. and guaranteed by certain of the Guarantors.
Old Notes means any and all of the outstanding Deutsche Mark denominated 16 per cent. Notes due 2001 issued on a Fiduciary basis by Chase Manhattan Bank Luxembourg S.A. (the “DM Notes”) as may be amended from time to time.

Examples of Old Notes in a sentence

  • Tenders of Old Notes will not be deemed to have been made until such defects or irregularities have been cured or waived.

  • The Company will pay all transfer taxes, if any, applicable to the exchange of Old Notes pursuant to the Exchange Offer.

  • The entire principal amount of Old Notes delivered to the Exchange Agent will be deemed to have been tendered unless otherwise indicated.

  • Unless waived, any defects or irregularities in connection with tenders of Old Notes must be cured within such time as the Company shall determine.

  • Tenders of Old Notes will be accepted only in integral multiples of $1,000.

Old Notes means the 6.875% Senior Notes due 2011 issued by the Issuer and the 7.125% Notes due 2014 issued by the Issuer.
