Old Notes definition

Old Notes shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.
Old Notes means, collectively, the 7.000% Senior Notes due 2020; 5.125% Notes due 2022; 6.00% Notes due 2023; 4.375% Notes due 2025; 5.250% Notes due 2029; 7.125% Notes due 2042; 7.500% Perpetual Notes, in each case issued by Odebrecht Finance Ltd. and guaranteed by certain of the Guarantors.
Old Notes means any and all of the outstanding Deutsche Mark denominated 16 per cent. Notes due 2001 issued on a Fiduciary basis by Chase Manhattan Bank Luxembourg S.A. (the “DM Notes”) as may be amended from time to time.

Examples of Old Notes in a sentence

  • If any of the Old Notes tendered hereby are owned of record by two or more joint owners, all such owners must sign this Letter of Transmittal.

  • Any holder whose Old Notes have been mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed should contact the Exchange Agent at the address indicated above for further instructions.

  • The Exchange Offer is not conditioned upon any minimum number of Old Notes being tendered.

  • Unless waived, any defects or irregularities in connection with tenders of Old Notes must be cured within such time as the Company shall determine.

  • Tenders of Old Notes will not be deemed to have been made until such defects or irregularities have been cured or waived.


More Definitions of Old Notes

Old Notes means the 6.875% Senior Notes due 2011 issued by the Issuer and the 7.125% Notes due 2014 issued by the Issuer.
Old Notes means the Applicable Notes, the 12-3/4% Notes, the 11-1/2% Notes and the 10% Notes.

Notes due 2015 of the Issuer.If the Issuer receives notice in writing from Holders of at least 50 per cent. in aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding to the effect that the Event of Default or Events of Default giving rise to any above mentioned declaration of acceleration is or are cured following any such declaration and that such Holders wish the relevant declaration to be withdrawn, the Issuer shall give notice thereof to the Noteholders (with a copy to the Fiscal Agent), whereupon the relevant declaration shall be withdrawn and shall have no further effect (but without prejudice to any rights or obligations which may have arisen before the Issuer gives such notice, whether pursuant to these Conditions or otherwise). No such withdrawal shall affect any other or any subsequent Event of Default or any right of any Noteholder in relation thereto.
Old Notes means the Issuer's 14 1/2% Senior Discount Notes due 2008 issued under the Old Indenture.
Old Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.
Old Notes means the $27,412,125 aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Company's 12 3/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due February 1, 2000.
Old Notes means any of the Company's 2 1/2% Contingent Convertible Subordinated Notes due 2008 issued on March 31, 2003.
