OFI means any Oppenheimer Fund, Oppenheimer Funds, Inc., Centennial Asset Management Corporation ("CAMC"), OFI's other subsidiaries or directly controlled affiliates that are registered investment advisers, including OFI Institutional Asset Management, Inc.; HarbourView Asset Management Corporation, Trinity Investment Management Corporation; OFI Private Investments, Inc. Tremont Capital Management, Inc., Oppenheimer Real Asset Management, Inc., and OppenheimerFunds, Distributor, Inc.

OFI means (for purposes of this Code) Oppenheimer Funds, Inc.; CAMC; certain of OFI’s other subsidiaries or directly controlled affiliates that are registered investment advisers (including OFI Institutional Asset Management, Inc.; HarbourView Asset Management Corporation; Trinity Investment Management Corporation; OFI Private Investments, Inc.; and Oppenheimer Real Asset Management, Inc.); and OppenheimerFunds Distributor, Inc.

Examples of OFI in a sentence

• OFI shall, at its own cost and expense, also provide the Fund with adequate office space, facilities and equipment.
