Offsite Facility definition

Offsite Facility means any Facility which is not presently, and has not heretofore been, owned, leased or occupied by Seller.

Offsite Facility means any Facility which is not now, and never has been, owned, leased or occupied by the Company.

More Definitions of Offsite Facility
