Official Statements means preliminary and final official statements, private placement memoranda and remarketing memoranda relating to the District’s securities, together with any supplements, for which a continuing disclosure obligation is required.

Examples of Official Statements in a sentence

  • The Bonds shall bear such rates and maturities, and sinking fund installments shall be made as set forth in the Official Statement(s) and the Series Resolution.
