Office Parcel definition

Office Parcel means the land described on Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, together with all of Office Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the streets, alleys and right-of-ways which abut such real property, and any easement rights, air rights, subsurface rights, development rights, water rights or other appurtenances to such land.
Office Parcel means that portion of the Land described on Exhibit A-3.
Office Parcel. The term "Office Parcel" means and refers to that parcel of real property more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

Office Parcel is hereby added as follows:
Office Parcel means the portion of the Property on which the Office Buildings are located.
Office Parcel means Tracts C, G, H, I and J of Registered Land Survey No. 1797, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Office Parcel means the land and approximately 120,493 square foot office building located at 0000 0xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx and labeled “#1-Birmingham News 4-Story Office Building” as reflected on the drawing attached as Exhibit A and currently assessed in the Jefferson County Tax Assessor’s Office as Tax Parcel No. 22-00-36-1-028-003.000.
Office Parcel means the portion of the Secured Property currently being utilized as an office building and legally described on Exhibit A-1 attached hereto. "Permissible Undisclosed Indirect Owners of the Proposed Transferee" means any indirect owner of the proposed transferee that either (1) is a shareholder of an Upstream Owner that is a publicly traded entity on a nationally recognized U.S. stock exchange or (2) (i) does not directly or indirectly control the proposed transferee and (ii) neither individually, nor together with its Controlled Affiliates, owns (A) in the case of a U.S. citizen or entity, a twenty-five percent (25%) or greater direct or indirect ownership interest in the proposed transferee and (B) in the case of a non-U.S. citizen or entity, a ten percent (10%) or greater direct or indirect ownership interest in the proposed transferee.
Office Parcel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.06A.
Office Parcel means that portion of Ballston Metro Center, described in Exhibit D hereto, leasehold title to which is vested as of the date hereof in Ballston Office Limited Partnership, but excluding the Garage Residual Rights.
