Offering Amount definition

Offering Amount means the subscription funds placed in the impound account, which may only be released once the offering threshold of $8,000,000 is met.
Offering Amount means the aggregate amount of Notes that the Investors have agreed to purchase in connection with the Offering, which shall be specified as such in the Notice of Acceptance; provided that such amount shall not be less than the Minimum Offering Amount and shall not exceed the Maximum Offering Amount.

Offering Amount means an amount equal to the product of (i) the IPO Price Per Share multiplied by (ii) the number of shares of Class A Common Stock sold at the IPO Closing.
