Offerer definition

Offerer means any person submitting a Proposal for the Work. If a Proposal is submitted jointly by two or more persons, the word “Offerer” shall mean each and all persons, and the undertakings, covenants and obligations of such joint Offerers in the Proposal and the Contract, when awarded, shall be both joint and several;
Offerer means any person or entity that responds to this Agency solicitation.
