Off-site sign definition

Off-site sign or “off-premises sign” means a sign relating, through its message and content, to a business activity, use, product, or service not available on the subject property on which the sign is located with the exception of signs for schools, community centers, Chamber of Commerce, and government agencies as described in 18.50.100.I.2.g.
