Payroll applies to Assignment and where required in accordance with Off-Payroll, Contractor acknowledges and agrees that Employment Business shall deduct sums in respect of PAYE Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions Employment Business calculated in accordance with Off-Payroll prior to payment of Contractor’s invoice.
Contractor agrees, and shall procure that Representative agrees, to promptly provide to Employment Business any information requested by Employment Business that may be required to satisfy statutory legislation including Off-Payroll and reporting requirements relating thereto.
