Off-Net Services definition
Off-Net Services means any services and/or products provided by a third party, including Providers.
Off-Net Services means services provided at any Customer Premises that are not on MFN/STss’s electronic communications network and where an infrastructure build will be required to connect the Customer to MFN/STss’s electronic communications network;
Off-Net Services means those Services provided at any Customer or End User premises that are not on DOTS CONNECT TECHNOLOGY’s electronic communications network and where an infrastructure build will be required to connect the Customer and/or End User to DOTS CONNECT TECHNOLOGY’s electronic communications network.

In order to purchase and retain Hosted Voice Service, Customer must have and retain an Internet connection either through Atlantic Broadband or through Off-Net Services.
Off-Net Services may be provided to a Service Location under this Agreement that is outside of Midco’s service area and/or a Service Location that is within Midco’s service area but that is not readily accessible by Midco’s network facilities.
Atlantic Broadband bears no responsibility and will incur no liabilities due to any failure or interruption of any Off-Net Services.

More Definitions of Off-Net Services
Off-Net Services means geographical locations that are outside of Comcast’s service area and/or geographical locations that are within Comcast’s service area generally, but are not readily accessible by Comcast network facilities.
Off-Net Services means any services and/or products provided by a third party, including Providers.“On-Net Services” means the owned or leased facilities controlled by Granite, including the Core Network.
