Off Hire Date means the date the Customer advises DYNATON LTD the Hire Equipment is no longer required and DYNATON LTD issues the Customer with an Off-Hire Number in accordance with clause 5.3
Off Hire Date means the date the Customer advises Onsite the Equipment is no longer required and Onsite issues the Customer with an Off-Hire Number in accordance with clause 5.5.

For the avoidance of doubt, You must continue to pay the Hire Charges and other charges after the Expected Off Hire Date if You have not returned the Equipment to Us by the Expected Off Hire Date.

Off Hire Date has the meaning set out in clause 5.7. “PPSA” means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (as amended) and any other legislation and regulations in respect of it and the following words in clause 9.2, 10 and 30 have the respective meanings given to them in the PPSA: collateral, financing change statement, financing statement, interested person, purchase money security interest, register, registration, security agreement, security interest and verification statement. “Regulatory Authority” means any public authority or government agency responsible for regulating the performance of electrical works. “Related Body Corporate” has the same meaning as in the Corporations Xxx 0000. “Relevant Documents” means: (a) the Credit Application; and (b) any Guarantee, Indemnity & Charge which guarantees all monies owing by You to Us. “Special Conditions” means the RAR Hire special conditions of hire July 2014 edition or as amended from time to time. “We/Us/Our” means RAR Crane Hire Pty Ltd and any Related Body Corporate of RAR Crane Hire and their successors and assigns. “You/Your” refers to the person, firm, organisation, partnership, corporation, trust or other entity hiring Equipment from Us. The reference to “You/Your” includes any of your employees, agents and contractors.

Off Hire Date means the date the Customer advises Shoalhaven Hire and Access the Hire Equipment is no longer required and Shoalhaven Hire and Access issues the Customer with an Off-Hire Number in accordance with clause 5.33. “Shoalhaven Hire and Access Premises” means the premises nominated by Shoalhaven Hire and Access Ltd as the location for the collection and return of the Hire Equipment by the Customer. "PPSA" means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) and where applicable includes all regulations made pursuant to it. Related Bodies Corporate" has the meaning it has in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Off Hire Date means the date the Customer advises the Owner the Equipment is no longer required "PMSI" means Purchase Money Security Interest and has the meaning given by the PPSA.
Off Hire Date has the meaning set out in clause 5.5; Personnel means employees, agents and contractors engaged by Us to perform Services; PPSA means the PPS Act and any other legislation and regulations in respect of it and the following words in clauses 9.2, 10 and 24 have the respective meanings given to them in the PPS Act: collateral, financing change statement, financing statement, interested person, purchase money security interest, register, registration, security agreement, security interest and verification statement; PPS Act means the Personal Property Securities Xxx 0000 (Cth); Quotation or Quote means the document (whether provided by letter, facsimile, email or by any other means) provided by Us to You which outlines important information, including the Equipment You wish to hire, the hire rates which apply to the Equipment and any other applicable charges; Related Entity has the meaning given to it in the Corporations Law; Services means assistance in the operation, management, monitoring or supervision of Equipment from time to time; We/Us/Our means Technologies International Group Pty Ltd t/as Welltech Total Water Management (ABN 94 071 424 783); You/Your refers to the person, organisation, partnership, corporation, trust or other entity hiring Equipment from Us, as named in Your credit application, or in Our Quotation (where You do not hold a credit account). Reference to “You” includes your employees, agents and contractors. “You” also includes any of your Related Entities who hires Equipment from Us.
Off Hire Date has the meaning set out inclause 5.6.
