OFE definition
OFE means the equipment or materials furnished and delivered to Builder’s shipyard by Buyer for Builder to incorporate into the Rig and includes any equipment or materials ordered by the Builder on behalf of the Buyer pursuant to Clause 4.5 of the Master Agreement.
OFE means all the equipment and other supplies specified in Appendix 4 to be furnished by the Owner to the Contractor in accordance with this Agreement;

OFE means any item of equipment outfit and/or stores for the Vessel on the list attached at Schedule Eight hereto and as may otherwise be provided for in the Specifications;
OFE means any equipment, other than Government Supplied Material (OSM), which is the property of tbe Government and which the Government has agreed under the Contract to deliver or have delivered, or make available or have made available, to the Contractor for the Contractor's use in performing the Work as described in the Statement Of Work.
OFE means the equipment to be provided by the Borrower pursuant to Clause 9.1.12 and used in the construction or operation of the Vessel, the details of which are set forth in Exhibit B of the Platform Construction Agreement, or such other equipment of equivalent or better standard which the Borrower may, at its own discretion, provide.
