OEM Agreement definition

OEM Agreement means an agreement under which one party agrees to manufacture products for and to test, deliver and/or provide support and training to another party in respect of products to be resold by that other party or any similar agreement or arrangement;
OEM Agreement means a separate royalty license and distribution agreement by which MS licenses an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) the right to distribute Windows CE with a Windows CE Device designed by such OEM.
OEM Agreement means the agreement identified and having the effective date as set forth above and which specifies the terms and conditions of license of the RSA Software, as further defined in the License/Product Schedule.

  • The licenses and resale rights of each Party and its Affiliates under the OEM Agreement and Reseller Agreement will include the ability to sell licenses for the other Party’s Products through the standard distribution channels of the Party or its Affiliate distributing a Combined Offering or reselling the applicable licenses.

More Definitions of OEM Agreement

OEM Agreement means the OEM Agreement of even date between Strides and A-S.
