ODR definition

ODR means online dispute resolution which is a mechanism for resolving disputes facilitated through the use of electronic communications and other information and communication technology.
ODR means Owner’s Designated Representative, a representative of the GLO responsible for Project oversight.
ODR means the person designated by the Owner to act as the Owner’s Designated Representative pursuant to Paragraph 9.4 and identified in Paragraph 25.5.1.
