ODP means a financial services provider who has lodged an application with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (“FSCA”) to operate as an authorised over-the-counter derivatives provider in terms of the Financial Markets Act, 2012 (“FMA”) and who, as a regular feature of its business, transacts as principal and who originates, issues or sells OTC derivatives and/or makes a market in OTC derivatives;
