OCIP definition
OCIP. Owner Controlled Insurance Program. A project specific insurance program initiated and administered by the Council, during the Construction Phase, to provide any or all of the insurance requirements that will insure the interest and activities of the DBE, any of its subcontractor(s) or their sub-subcontractor(s) performing work at or incidental to the Project site.
OCIP.
