Occupational Lease definition

Occupational Lease means any lease, sub-lease, licence, tenancy or right to occupy or use (or any agreement for the grant of any of the foregoing) to which a Relevant Obligor’s interest in a Property may be subject from time to time or which may be granted to a Relevant Obligor.
Occupational Lease means any agreement for lease or for licence or any occupational lease or licence to which the Property may be subject from time to time
Occupational Lease means any occupational lease or licence or other right of occupation to which the Retail Properties (or any part of the Retail Properties) and/or the ArtScience Museum (or any part of the ArtScience Museum) may be subject from time to time.

  • Each Obligor shall promptly notify the Agent in writing of the outcome of any rent review undertaken pursuant to the terms of any Occupation Lease (other than a Permitted Lease, provided that following rent review, the rent payable pursuant to the relevant Occupational Lease still makes it a Permitted Lease).

  • The Principal Occupational Lease is forfeited for any reason or PropCo commences forfeiture proceedings without the prior written consent of the Agent (such consent to be in the absolute discretion of the Agent).

  • Any of the events referred to in Clauses 23.6 (Insolvency), 23.7 (Insolvency proceedings), 23.9 (Unlawfulness) or 23.10 (Repudiation) occurs in respect of any Material Tenant (as if for this purpose the relevant Occupational Lease was a Finance Document).


More Definitions of Occupational Lease

Occupational Lease means any lease pertaining to occupation of any of the Property where you are landlord, whether or not the lessee is actually in occupation.
