It is agreed that there be no reduction of the Occupancy Fee or any other compensation for or on account of any loss, damage, inconvenience or discomfort arising from the interruption or curtailment, however caused, of any accommodation, facility or service agreed to be furnished by the University.
Usage fees for poles/duct/innerduct (i.e., Pole Attachment Fee and Duct/Innerduct Occupancy Fee) will be assessed on an annual basis (unless CLEC requests a semi-annual basis).
The Occupancy Fee referenced in this subsection 14.1 shall be determined in the same manner as such a fee would have been determined if the occupancy had been authorized by GTE.
If Licensee's Facilities occupy more than one innerduct, a separate Occupancy Fee shall be paid by Licensee for each innerduct occupied.
