Obsolete Materials definition

Obsolete Materials shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 6.4.2.
Obsolete Materials. Unique Materials on hand and ordered consistent with Buyer's forecast at agreed-upon leadtimes which can no longer be used for their designated Product and/or for which there is no forecast for the following [*].
Obsolete Materials mean materials and components in Jabil inventory that: (a) no longer appear on a Company ▇▇▇▇ of materials (BOM), or (b) no longer has demand but appears on a Company BOM of a Product on a Build Schedule or Build Schedule Forecast, or (c) Jabil purchased or is on order by Jabil based on a Build Schedule Forecast, Build Schedule, or other written instruction by Company to Jabil.

More Definitions of Obsolete Materials

Obsolete Materials mean any Materials ordered at the request of GS that will become obsolete as a result of (i) the expiration or termination of the GSK Supply Agreement or (ii) changes in Final Product Specifications and/or the changes in labeling and packaging.
Obsolete Materials means SUTCs (defined below) which: (a) are in Supplier’s inventory and ordered consistent with Sun’s Forecast and agreed-upon SUTC Lead-times; (b) are subject to an Intervening Event and exceed the quantity necessary to manufacture Sun’s remaining forecasted volume of the Product; and (c) Supplier has itemized on an Obsolete Materials Report.
Obsolete Materials means parts, components and other materials listed in the Master Bill of Material which as of a particular date have zero demand and/or are anticipated to have zero demand within 90 days thereafter, based on the current Forecast in effect as of such particular date, and which are not associated with Products currently manufactured by SMTC.
