Obsolete Material definition

Obsolete Material means non-fungible Material to be used in the Work production of which is or will soon be discontinued.
Obsolete Material means Materials on hand and non-cancelable FIC order that can no longer be used on SSE's Product Unit(s) and are not returnable nor useable on FIC production for other customers.
Obsolete Material shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.3.

Obsolete Material means Components that no longer appear on a xxxx of material or Component, WIP, or Products that has no demand or usage for at least [****] and which were ordered, purchased or manufactured based on a Forecast, MOQs or Purchase Orders or other written instruction by Company to Jabil.
Obsolete Material means non-cancelable or non-returnable (NCNR) materials that can no longer be used on SSI's Product and are not useable on SANMINA-SCI production for other customers.
