OAU definition

OAU means the Organization of African Unity;
OAU means commercial bedroom and bathroom units arranged for short-term stays of less than thirty (30) days for rent that contain a lobby on the premises. Examples of this use category include bed and breakfast; hostel; hotel or motel and other uses that the Town’s planning director or his or her designee interprets to meet the characteristics of Overnight Accommodations. Short-term rental (see § 3-10 in the Town Code) is excluded from this definition.
OAU means the Organisation of African Unity established by the Heads of State and Government of Africa in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on 25th May, 1963, and renamed as “Africa Union” on 9th July, 2001;
