"Qualifying Charges" means all monthly recurring Charges excluding Tail Circuit Charges and all one-time charges, including installation, project management and professional services charges. "Scheduled Maintenance" means maintenance scheduled by Equant to occur during low network traffic periods three to five times per year to implement generic changes to, or generic version updates of, the Network and lasting an average of five minutes each. "Third Party Intervention" means intervention by any person not authorized by Equant.
