NRE Costs definition

NRE Costs shall consist of expenses incurred by Jabil under this Agreement, including design engineering services, testing, fixturing and tooling and other out-of-pocket costs.
NRE Costs means the out-of-pocket costs incurred by Supplier to purchase and/or manufacture Tooling as set forth in the applicable Statement of Work, without any xxxx-up. For clarity, no fees will be payable to Supplier for the performance of development, design or customization services under this Agreement.
NRE Costs shall consist of expenses, excluding the Waived NRE Costs, incurred by Kin Yat under this Agreement, including design engineering services, testing, fixturing and tooling and other out-of-pocket costs, in each case for work performed by Kin Yat for iRobot pursuant to iRobot’s prior written consent. For the avoidance of doubt, NRE Costs shall not include any costs or expenses incurred by Kin Yat for any Reasonable and Customary Support Services.
