NPPI definition

NPPI means “non-public personal information” as defined in 16 C.F.R. § 314.2(b) (2003) as well as any information that identifies a customer or consumer (as such terms are defined by the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 1999 (15 U.S.C. § 6801 et seq.), as amended from time to time) and information from which a customer’s or consumer’s identity can be ascertained, either from the information itself or by combining the information with information from other sources. NPPI also includes any information Ally Financial or Ally Bank (including any of their Affiliates) may directly or indirectly disclose to the Servicer or any Servicer agent or which the Servicer or any Servicer agent may collect or otherwise have access to due to the Servicer or the Servicer agents’ relationship with Ally Financial, Ally Bank or any of their Affiliates that relates to an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, financial information; medical or health related information; credit history; income; financial benefits; application, loan or claim information; names or lists of individuals derived from nonpublic personally identifiable information or otherwise derived from Ally Financial, Ally Bank or any of their Affiliates; and the identification of an individual as an Ally Financial or Ally Bank customer or as an individual Ally Financial or Ally Bank claimant.
NPPI means non-public, personally identifiable information of applicants, Borrowers, Lender personnel or other individuals, which has been provided to Lender or Lender’s agents and representatives by such Persons or their representatives or in connection with the application, origination or servicing of the Loan (e.g., credit reports), including information provided to Servicer in connection with the administration and servicing of the Loans. Unless otherwise specified, NPPI shall be Proprietary Information of Lender.
NPPI has the meaning given to it in Section 11.02(d).

  • For the purpose of this Agreement, Confidential Information shall mean NPPI (as defined below), any information identified by either party as “Confidential” and/or “Proprietary” or which, under all of the circumstances, ought reasonably to be treated as confidential and/or proprietary, or any nonpublic information obtained hereunder concerning the other party.

NPPI means, as applicable, (i) “non-public personal information” as such term is defined in the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act or regulations promulgated thereunder governing the processing of NPPI and (ii) similar terms as defined under other US Privacy Legislation.
NPPI means non-public, personally identifiable information of Disclosing Party’s customers, Disclosing Party’s Personnel or other individuals, which has been provided to Receiving Party by such persons or their representatives. More specifically, records in any form (oral, written, graphic, electronic, machine-readable, or otherwise) relating to a Borrower, such as a Borrower’s name, address, telephone number combined with information including, but not limited to, a social security number, loan payment or transactional account history, account status, and the fact that the Borrower has a relationship with Lender; other Borrower information; or other documentation received by Servicer pursuant to the Agreement from FMC, or from the Borrower, or from the school which Borrower attends, or information prepared and maintained by Servicer in the course of its activities under this Agreement.
NPPI means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including, but not limited to “personally identifiable financial information” as that term is defined in 12 CFR Part 1016.
